Unlike many other popular restaurants in Thailand (and, really, the world), Terra aims to focus on good, straightforward classics, eschewing culinary fads and gimmicks. The result is honest country house cooking, featuring classic dishes focused on rustic farm ingredients such as pigeon, duck and poussin, accompanied by seasonal, farm fresh produce.

 

The culinary inspiration for these local ingredients hails mostly from Tuscany, Southern France and the Mediterranean, but with the occasional Northern Thai flourish as befitting the ingredient. You can have every meal at Terra if you wish: we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with bar bites until midnight. Additionally, we feature a daily tasting menu focusing on what’s fresh that day, as well as a monthly Sunday Brunch, one of our more popular events.

 

Terra is dedicated to its role as a test venue for Farmers & Co products of the highest ethical and quality standards. All items — the finest seasonal produce from the Chiang Mai highlands — have passed an innovative and stringent selection process. The result is seasonal, sustainable and elegant farmhouse cooking based on centuries-old agricultural methods, among a like-minded community and in a uniquely hospitable setting. Terra represents the best of the Northern Thai region, but in “language” that is global, creative and accommodating to all.
