The newly built main dining hall, with its capacity of 100 guests, boasts large windows overlooking the Long Garden and courtyard views. With its bright walls, light, airy feel and wooden touches, the Hall facilities include a service bar, professional kitchen of approximately 200 sqm with a walk-in chiller in the basement and a glass-panelled show kitchen, making it ideal for big Sunday brunches. There are also two mezzanines, perfect as exhibition spaces or private dining rooms, as well as The Cellar, decorated in a traditional vineyard style for wine collection and as a super-special private dining room for 12 guests.
In winter, the Hall is used as an Auditorium Stage for orchestra, opera or other performances with a built-in sound system and backstage facilities. An audience of 200 can be seated in the courtyard.
